2. Poor quality building materials: building materials are not mixed in the right proportions or not maintained properly, water can seep into the house.

3. Weather: Severe weather such as heavy rain, storm, flood or continuous rain for a long time can cause wall leakage, the most common location is in window frames.

4. Wall crack: If there is a crack in the wall or between the wall and the roof, water can seep into the house.

5. Bad drainage: If the roof or wall drainage is not good, water can seep into the house.

6. High humidity: If the indoor humidity is too high, water can condense on the walls and lead to seepage. Often found at the base of the 1st floor or the toilet wall that is not properly waterproofed.
