- Waterproofing products, anti-corrosion products of MatacrylÒ waterproofing system - from RPM Group Belgium & Vandex - demonstrate technical requirements and construction methods in the waterproofing layer of Matacryl Machine protection on structural floor surfaces for the purpose of anti-corrosion and waterproofing. Featuring a product with built-in Matacryl Primer CM lining, creating high adhesion and material uniformity.

- The Matacryl waterproofing system is based on a series of modified acrylic resins, applied with unique Puma technology (Poly urethane (PU) combined with methyl methacrylate (MA)) to create a medium waterproofing product, has high intensity, durability and flexibility, to easily cover and fix cracks in the surface. The system includes the components:

- Matacryl Machine, a waterproof membrane consisting of two liquid components A and B, which is a modified urethane resin, based on methyl methacrylate platform, applied by cold spray method or manual roller for small area.

* Constructions method:

- Surface treatment and waterproofing of collars. Construction surface must be treated clean, dry, remove weak mortar on the floor (Moisture surface of tile floor <7%) to ensure adhesion of materials. Sewer joints need to be chiseled to re-seal with expanded bars (Sika Swellstop) and non-shrink grout (Sika Grout).

- Applying the Matacryl Primer CM lining with a norm of 0.7 kg / 1m2 to the entire floor surface, wall foot, outer edge and inner edge of the neck.

- Applying two layers of Matacryl Machine waterproofing membrane to the surface of the hardened Matacryl Primer CM to reach a total thickness of 1.5mm-2mm.
- Test water and apply protective layer on waterproof membrane.
