Due to the challenging geographical location and climate, it is necessary to carry out both concrete protection and waterproofing simultaneously to ensure there is no waterproofing failure during the installation process.

Concrete Pouring: The resort's structures require high-quality concrete with sufficient strength to withstand the tropical climate, including exposure to moisture and humidity.

Roof Waterproofing: The resort's roofing system demands a robust waterproofing layer to prevent leaks during heavy rainfall and to protect the interior from water damage.

Balcony Waterproofing: Reliable waterproofing solutions are needed for the balconies in guest villas to prevent water seepage into the rooms below.

Basement Waterproofing: Due to the proximity to the sea, the basement areas are susceptible to water intrusion. A comprehensive waterproofing system is necessary to safeguard these areas against moisture ingress.

Systems Used:
Roof Waterproofing: To address the challenges of roof waterproofing, a multi-layered approach was employed. This included the application of a high-performance waterproofing membrane over the entire roof surface, ensuring proper sealing of joints and edges. Additionally, a roof drainage system was installed to efficiently divert rainwater away from the structure.

Balcony Waterproofing: A combination of liquid-applied waterproofing membranes and cementitious-based coatings were used to protect the balconies from water seepage. The membranes were applied to the substrate, creating a seamless and durable waterproofing layer.

Basement Waterproofing: To prevent water intrusion in the basements, a combination of cementitious coatings and crystalline waterproofing systems were utilized. These solutions effectively sealed the concrete surfaces and formed a protective barrier against water penetration.

Kitchen Flooring: We installed a flooring system comprising of a heavy-duty Epoxy-based mortar system to accommodate the high foot traffic in the bustling kitchen area, along with antimicrobial coatings to provide an additional layer of protection against microbes while enhancing aesthetics to meet the standards of a luxurious 5-star resort hotel.
